Objectives of The IES Education Committee
- Provide educational support and continuing education in IES areas of interest to industry professionals and students all over the world
- Organize worldwide forums, encouraging professionals and students to share technical problems and seek solutions
- Organize worldwide forums for the discussion of academic issues
- Identify industries which are willing to collaborate and common industry problems which could be addressed with lectures and training by experts in these areas
- Organize technical activities to address educational and training needs of IES members in existing and emerging technologies
- Web based dissemination of reported material on all of the above
